Greta Costs is a trusted Dayton Military Realtor and proud U.S. Air Force veteran with 26 years of service (1988–2014). With firsthand experience in military life and relocations, Greta specializes in helping service members, veterans, and their families confidently PCS to Wright-Patterson AFB (WPAFB) and throughout the greater Dayton area.
During her Air Force career, Greta served in a wide range of leadership and analytical roles, including Military Law Enforcement, Human Resources Manager, Criminal Analyst, Management Analyst, Trainer, Executive Officer, and Equal Opportunity. At her core, Greta is driven by service. Whether she’s helping a military family find the right home near base, negotiating a win-win deal, restoring an older home’s character, or giving back through veteran honors and community outreach, her mission is always the same—help others succeed. As Greta says, “When I see others succeeding, I succeed.”
