RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

To maintain quality, trust, and accountability across the PCS JOES network, referral partners agree to uphold the following standards:

COMMUNICATION STANDARDS

  • Respond promptly to new lead notifications
  • Make timely first contact with referred clients
  • Keep PCS JOES updated once client contact has been made
  • Respond to PCS JOES communications in a timely and professional manner

CONTRACT & CLOSING UPDATES

  • Notify PCS JOES once a referred client is under contract
  • Provide key transaction details after the option period or due-diligence period ends, including:
  • Copy of Executed Contract
  • Copy of MLS sheet (for sale or under contract)
  • Scheduled Closing Date
  • Title Company Info
  • Company Name, Representative Name, Email, Address, Phone
  • Other Brokerage Info
  • Brokerage Name
  • Agent info: name, email, phone
  • Notify PCS JOES of any closing date changes
  • Provide a copy of the final settlement statement within 24 hours of closing

PCS JOES MILITARY BONUS

  • For buyers: Ensure the PCS JOES military bonus is applied toward closing costs where allowed by lender, state, and local rules
  • For sellers: Ensure the PCS JOES military bonus is applied upfront as a listing fee discount
