  • Military-affiliated (active-duty members, veterans, military-spouses)

There are no upfront costs or membership fees to join. We only refer clients to carefully vetted agents who share our values and passion to serve those who serve.

Rules of Engagement

To maintain quality and integrity across our network, referral partners agree to:

  • Respond promptly to lead notifications
  • Respond to PCS JOES communications timely
  • Inform PCS JOES once you’ve made first client contact
  • Inform PCS JOES when a contract is executed
  • When the option or due-diligence period ends, send:
  • Copy of Contract
  • MLS#
  • Scheduled Closing Date
  • Title Company Info
  • Company Name, Representative Name, Email, Address, Phone
  • Other Brokerage Info
  • Brokerage Name
  • Agent info: name, email, phone
  • Inform PCS JOES of closing date changes
  • PCS JOES Military Bonus
  • Buyers: Ensure bonus applied towards closing costs (in states where it’s allowed)
  • Sellers: Ensure bonus is applied up front towards listing fee discount
  • Provide a copy of final settlement sheet within 24 hours of closing
