Why PCS JOES Exists
PCS JOES was founded in 2021 by Kyle Williams after years of watching military families make major housing decisions with incomplete information, poor guidance, or sales-driven advice. The original idea was simple: give military families a clearer, more ethical way to navigate real estate decisions before, during, and after a PCS.
Kyle first earned his real estate license in 2004 and later retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Contracting Officer, most recently serving as Senior Enlisted Leader for the Directorate of Contracting at Space Systems Command.
That combination of military leadership, contract experience, and real estate perspective shaped PCS JOES into a practical advocacy platform for military buyers, sellers, homeowners, and relocating families.
