Founded in 2021 by Kyle Williams, PCS JOES began as a military-focused real estate blog born out of firsthand experience. Throughout his military career, Kyle repeatedly saw service members make costly real estate decisions based on poor or sales-driven advice—mistakes he nearly made himself early on. While stationed in San Antonio, he created PCS JOES to provide clear, ethical, and practical homebuying guidance tailored specifically to military families.
Kyle first earned his real estate license in 2004 and later retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Contracting Officer, most recently serving as Senior Enlisted Leader for the Directorate of Contracting at Space Systems Command.
