Founded in 2021 by Kyle Williams, PCS JOES began as a military-focused real estate blog born out of necessity. Stationed in the vibrant city of San Antonio, Kyle launched PCS JOES to share the crucial homebuying insights he wished he’d known at the start of his military career. What began as one veteran’s mission to educate has evolved into one of the nation’s largest networks of real estate professionals—comprised entirely of veterans and military spouses.

“Balancing my roles as an active-duty Airman and real estate professional, I’ve always walked a fine ethical line,” Kyle shares. “I never promoted my services to fellow Airmen, but watching them make costly real estate mistakes–like refinancing right before a PCS sale or buying solar panels expecting rental gains–was painful. That’s why I started PCS JOES: to provide honest, practical guidance without crossing any ethical lines.”

This mission led to the creation of the PCS Concierge Service–a free resource designed to connect service members with vetted, values-aligned real estate professionals. With nearly 500 trusted agents across the U.S., PCS JOES has become the go-to platform for veterans and military families seeking experienced, military-connected agents who truly understand the PCS lifestyle.

A Family Mission

PCS JOES is more than a business—it’s a family mission. Kyle and his wife Angela work as a dedicated team, personally handling every PCS Concierge inquiry to ensure each client is matched with a real estate professional who fits their unique needs and values. In 2025, they introduced an automated client-agent introduction system to ensure that no inquiry goes unanswered—especially during deployments, TDYs, or other military obligations. But tech hasn’t replaced the human touch: Kyle and Angela still personally follow up with every client to make sure the connection is strong and the experience exceeds expectations.

With 19+ years of service in the U.S. Air Force & months from retirement, Kyle brings unmatched real-world experience. He’s completed six PCS moves, four deployments, one remote tour, and spent years in both Contracting (6C071) and TMO (2T071). Add in 9 years of real estate expertise, and you’ve got a founder who lives and breathes the military relocation experience. His eye for top-tier agents ensures PCS JOES stays mission-ready at all times.
