Meet Brad and Sarah Pierce, Omaha natives, U.S. Army veterans, and experienced Realtors who are passionate about helping service members, veterans, and military families call the Omaha area home. With deep local roots and firsthand military experience, Brad and Sarah understand the unique needs of families relocating to Offutt Air Force Base and enjoy helping newcomers discover why so many military families choose to stay in the Omaha metro long after their assignment ends.

Through The Pierce Group, Brad and Sarah provide relationship-focused real estate guidance built around service, education, and long-term support. They are experienced in helping military buyers understand and use their VA loan benefits—including first-time VA buyers—as well as navigating VA loan assumptions. Whether buying, selling, or PCSing to the Omaha area, their goal is to provide trusted local guidance and build relationships that continue well beyond closing.
